Food was good, but the music was super loud inside. Had to ask them to turn it down, once they “did” I still couldn’t hear the person across my table. If your thinking about a cheap fun date somewhere do not sit inside, it made it awkward just to watch each other eat in silence.

Sandwiches were made incorrectly. The sandwiches themselves were like mixed up and ingredients I asked them not to put on were piled high on top. I tried to contact them, was accused of not telling the truth because they “remember making the sandwiches”, and was hung up on twice. I have photos of the sandwiches and the receipt, and they still said I was lying. I go decently far out of my way, usually, to come to this Jimmy John’s but this is by far the worst service… ever. A level of disrespect I have never experienced from any Jimmy John’s before. When I called back the third time it was stated the manager was “having a bad day.” Sorry to hear but it was not my fault that my sandwiches were incorrectly made.
