The older female manager was treating customers terrible. So rude and had no social skills, making it an uncomfortable experience for everyone waiting while she was “helping” a confused customer. The other workers were nice and food was fine, she was just very unprofessional.

I’ve only had Jimmy John’s once before that I can remember. I went to this location to order food for the other employees and myself but as I was ordering, I didn’t have the best experience. The older lady working was very rude. She seemed to be training the younger guy who took my order as she cut me off rudely! She didn’t smile nor say thank you! She should be an employee that cleans in back or stocks shelves or rather just stays home! She shouldn’t ever deal with customers or people for that matter! Really pissed at herself for breathing & living life it seems! I read the other reviews and see I’m not off on this woman! The guy was friendly.

This location is awesome. We are at a business downtown that we order food for meetings and individuals for just a normal lunch. They are freaky fast for sure. Sometimes it takes longer to place the order then it takes for them to deliver it. This review is also for the times that the order is not right or pieces are missed, this team always makes it right, either with a replacement or the missed item brought back normally within 10 minutes.

July 5th I placed an order, after almost 1.5 hours it showed up. Delivery guy said they were the only person doing deliveries and management was refunding all orders during that time. No one would answer phone while I waited. No way to know if it was being made. No one answered the phone later to confirm refunds. No refund.
