Ordered delivery for my lunch at work. I ordered two separate sandwiches, the Vito and the BLT (pictured). Both without tomato, which the got correct and both with kicking ranch sauce (which is absolutely phenomenal).

Unfortunately had a rough experience. Had no French bread for the day, had to repeat my order multiple times, and when I got home it was messed up. I was the only person in line and no one was behind me. Based off other reviews your best bet is to shut this place down or have actual store management make changes to save face. . Know when to fold.

Weird experience for a Jimmy Johns. Used to be friendly and fast, this location is impersonal and slow. The food was fine once we got it, but it took almost 15 minutes. Two of us were the only counter customers, no one else was seated and drive thru wasn’t very busy.

Ridiculous that this needs to posted. Do not order delivery from this JJ. Apparently their driver never shows up. 2x this week alone. Wasn’t even notified until 35min after order was placed. Still haven’t been reimbursed for the last time this happened. Done touching this hot stove.

Sandwiches not made per the order. Took 10 minutes to get 2 sandwiches, there were no other dine-in customer’s in the store and they had 4 workers to make ’em. This was the worst Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had.

We live down the street and I grew up being a Jimmy Johns fan. We visited there a week ago and ordered specifically a little john with just meet for my son. I got home to find out everything was on the sandwich and scraped it all off and he wouldnt eat it. Later that week tried again and this time asked a second time when I got to the window. Pulled away and when I got home the same issue. This time (I know why would I go back) I asked again this time for NO lettuce. I asked the person at the window and said please. As I got on the highway I opened it and was furious. I called back and let them know. The manager said just scrape it off. I told him to just deliver one down the street and he HUNG UP. I actually thought the phone disconnected and called him back. He said that he wouldnt do that and if it was his kid he would scrape it off, then hung up again. I called back and at this point had never raised my voice or cursed and explained that this was the most disrespectful thing you could do is to just hang up. Once again he hung up……

Avoid this store. Orders are almost never right. Also, I ordered eight box meals a day ahead only to find out they had not even started them until I arrived to pick them up. I waited 20 minutes to get my food. It didn’t help that the guy making the sandwiches was on his cellphone half the time I was waiting.
