The last 3 times I’ve ordered delivery I’ve been disappointed. Today I placed my order at 10:19am and didn’t receive it until 11:25. My pop was watered down and the cold meat was warm meat. Very upset. I live .2 miles away. 30 seconds. Isn’t this suppose to be freaky fast delivery? I can order door dash and get my food way faster. I’m done with this location.

Ordered delivery 5 minutes before close and didn’t realize it was 5 minutes to close until I placed the order. I felt terrible but they still delivered it. Massive kudos to the staff here. The app should cut off delivery 30 minutes to an hour before close. Would be better off for the workers. They don’t deserve deliveries being allowed to come in 5 minutes before closing time.

Super disappointed with the service and sandwich i paid for. It The sandwich was very dry, the meat was crusted over from being left out and no moisture, and it tasted bland. I only took one then bite called the store to and spoke to the manager. He tried to remedy the situation, but could tell his patience was thin. I received an apology and a free sandwich, but really just wanted management to make sure crew members are being trained fully before being aloud to make customers food. Just a reminder to the wait staff here that when you make a customers sandwich, proper mask wearing has no margin for error. It goes over your nose. You are breathing on food that someone will eat, how can you be so shameless?

Friendly staff, tasty sandwiches, and very affordable. I like to alternate between sub places but I tend to favor Jimmy John’s. Never have had a bad experience with their sandwiches or delivery service. This particular location is like a hallway but hey, it works. Will probably continue to grab lunch here in the future.

I knew I wanted Subway but decided to give Jimmy Johns a shot since I was at the nail salon next to them. Little did I know they can’t toast their subs, not good news to a pregnant women and even worse news when the male employee working on Memorial Day said it so rudely. Plus my sandwich was done before I even paid. Didn’t have a chance to tailor at all to what I wanted and didn’t even have a chance to ask if they could cut it in half. Definitely won’t be going back.
