I am disgusted by how I’ve been treated by this location. They were delivering my food without even so much as a knock at the door and leaving my food out in the sun for it to get hot along with my drinks. This has happened on several occasions. I called about this issue three times. The first time I was told they would let their drivers know not to do this. The second time I called they said they would give me a credit in which they did.

A great sandwich shop, Can’t wait to stop taking pictures of my sandwich and sink my teeth into. FYI the drive-through is open till nine but I think the dining closed at eight at least they were closed when I got there, but I was relieved to see that I could go to the drive-through Because I had my heart set on eating a Jimmy John’s sandwich and nothing else would do.

Overall experience this last time was truly unpleasant. Order was messed up, items. Cookies and chips that ordered was left out, cashier was somewhat rude. This was my first bad experience at this location and will be my last as I intend on not returning there as a customer.

I have been here a half dozen times and haven’t had a bad experience yet. The employees are friendly and the subs are made to order. They also did a great job with my catering order, and the packaging was very sturdy and reliable.

Excellent service from Kaleb. He was very patient, and explained all kinds of stuff about the menu to me. He was very knowledgeable about their offerings. We had a good laugh during the ordering process. He told me to key in my phone number and discovered that I had a birthday pickle waiting for me! My sandwich was pretty good. All staff members appeared clean. Dining room was clean and well-kept. I didn’t need the drink or chips, so I cannot review their sweet tea. That’ll be next time. Overall, a great lunch break carry-out experience!

Best bread ever and sandwiches and wraps are always loved with meats and cheese. The only place we go for subs. Plus you can buy day old bread. My grandsons love it and the bread is great with soups.
