This Jimmy John’s on National Road did an outstanding job on a large order (9-18-22) with no prior notice. 4 types of sandwiches and all right ! Top quality ! Good attitude of employees! Manager is on top of it ! Highly recommend !

One of the employees is a credit card tip thief, every single time i use my card to order over app and select no tip at the end (because I usually leave cash tip) i get charged for a tip of whatever amount they feel they want a few DAYS LATER after the transaction!! I’ve spoken with management and gotten nowhere and this has been going on for about a year and the only reason I order is for my partner. This is not ok my bank account has been overdrafted every single time they’ve done this and im going to be forced to take legal action because this is redundant.

Worst experience ever. Ordered, 30 ish minutes later says it’s on the way. An hour and a half later still not here. I called said they sent her out with NINE other deliveries. Then she dropped it off and just left no call no text. Also I try not to complain because I know we’re all short staffed and I tipped well to help there. Very disappointed.
