I stopped at this Jimmy John’s in the middle of a very long drive. I ordered one of my favorite sandwiches, a #6 on sliced wheat, which was great! The customer service was also great. However, as I continued my trip, when I was about 3 hours away from the restaurant, I realized that I left my wallet. I called the restaurant to verify that I left it and they confirmed. I was flustered and said that I would call them back. Mark, who I believe is a manager, called ME back and heard that I was so far away. He said that would hate for me to drive back all that way and offered to overnight ship my wallet. Which he DID. He communicated with me the rest of the evening and was able to ship it the next morning. The overnight shipping was over $80 and I tried to pay him back, but Mark wouldn’t accept the money and told me to pay it forward. I absolutely plan to. Shoutout to Mark, for the reminder that there are still kind people left in the world! 🙂

The Little John Tuna had a half a scoop of tuna plopped in the middle so you get three bites of bread on either end before you get to the good stuff. Apparently the Little John Tuna gets just half a scoop, but that is not specified on the board or mentioned at the counter. And half a scoop may be okay if it was spread across the whole piece of bread so that you got some tuna with each bite, instead of just in the center. Make sure you clarify your order contents if you’re an infrequent Jimmy John’s customer.

Ordered dinner tonight and requested the Italian nightclub. No lettuce. Extra pickles and extra tomato and mayo. I got lettuce no pickles . Ended up having to remove the lettuce when arriving home.

Jimmy Johns delivers subs so fast you’ll freak! Local and regional favorite, I’ve never had a bad sandwich at any of the locations. I think I’ll order a #10 with extra JIMMY HOTT PEPPERS and mayo please! The app males ordering even faster and easier; AND you can get free food when you become a member of their app club.
