My son and I usually stop in here for a quick sandwich before going to The Ford Center arena for hockey games. It is a short walk a couple of blocks, and never crowded. Staff is usually pleasant.

Twice recently, I have ordered online for my order to be delivered at a “delayed” time, but the order has come right after ordering. Even the receipt says “delayed” with the time, so it’s not a processing error, but someone failing to read and/or care that it’s not for immediate delivery.

We ordered food to be delivered to hotel, while waiting in the lobby the Jimmy John’s delivery driver allowed someone else to sign and take our food. After calling the restaurant they were disrespectful and unwilling to resolve the issue. I called the next day to speak to a manager/owner and was given the runaround. I left my phone number and ask that the general manager call me to resolve this. That was on Dec 31, still no return call. We never took possession of our order and they have just refused to communicate and resolve this. I am sure the sandwich was a good sandwich, we never had the opportunity to find out. I am rating them on poor delivery, poor costumer service, disrespectful employees, poor knowledge of employees, poor management and poor commutation.

There is no comparison to Jersey Mikes. Mikes is where its at. Fresh meats cut to order piles high. The quality of meat better these places is……well no comparison. The meat quality is just way fresher and better at Mikes.

Loved the taste of my sandwich from there my only complaint is the bread is almost too hard to eat n hardly held in the meat cuz they are more thin than subways subs. Now I did notice the website says they disinfect between customers, but I didn’t see anyone disinfecting between anyone honestly. Staff was friendly n very helpful.

Place was clean and my sandwich was good but they were blasting Youtube Music (ad played while I was waiting) so loud that I couldn’t hear what the girl at the front counter was saying and had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times.

Obviously as a new establishment there is an expectation that this place be clean, and it certainly is. The food is standard JJ fare that is always delicious. The staff really make this location wonderful, they are kind and funny, willing make conversation and even remember certain quirks that customers have. My coworkers and I enjoy hitting this location after a long day at work for this reason.

100% do not bother customizing your sando at this location. They use the default settings every time. Myself and coworkers tested this theory over the last couple weeks, and every single order arrived with the default level of toppings, regardless of paying extra.
