Food was good, per usual. Not sure of the name of the worker but all I can say is she doesn’t need to be in food service; poor attitude plus was covered in hickies. The girl that took our order was great (she said she was new) but while ordering another female worker was sweeping the floor, swpt the dirt and trash all at my feet while I was standing by register ordering, never said excuse me or anything and continued to try and sweep around my feet instead of waiting. We ordered our daughter a turkey and cheese sandwich with mustard, forgot that the Jimmy mustard had the mustard seeds in it and asked if they could make us another one because of that. Said worker who was previously sweeping then coped and attitude with my wife about it, wife then gave me the sandwich and asked that I deal with it because she needed to walk out before she lost her cool. Girl then popped off “well I can’t help you or fix it if you just walk out”. I addressed the sad which situation and explained to her the issue, she was still rude to me about it. When finally remaking the sandwich she made more comments about what we wanted on the sandwich after I stated all I wanted was turkey and cheese and I would put some packaged mustard on it. Once finished with making it she wrapped it and proceeded to slam it on the counter and stated in a smart mouth tone “here you go”. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have been here and gotten horrible service and will not be returning to this location. Do better and make sure your workers have some type of class and respect for themselves.

When we order delivery or pickup, something is always wrong with our order and the delivery takes an hour or more every single time. That’s not even mentioning the fact that it is at LEAST $15 per person for a basic sandwich. We’ve given them plenty of chances, but will not be ordering from here again.

Not so “freaky fast” we ordered food online for pickup and when we picked it up waited about 45 minutes. Staff was very unknowledgeable and unable to answer questions without their managers help whom wasn’t there.

You get your moneys worth at this place! Ordered the double roast beef and provolone with mayo, maters, lettuce, cucumbers and sprouts. Yes, sprouts! One of the only sandwich places to offer sprouts. It must have weighed 2 lbs.

I waited a whole year to eat Jimmy Johns… and the first time I order something CARTER screws up my order! NO LETTUCE, EXTRA TOMATO. Simple, right? Not for Carter. Carter doesn’t listen since he gave me a sandwich with lettuce and NO tomato. Do better, Carter. Some people have been wanting JJs all year, and when they finally get it, you ruin it. #CarterIsTheWorst

Don’t bother wasting your time with this location when you can go down to the one on Burkhardt and actually experience good service. Ordered from this location twice in the past month. First time was dine-in and they messed up our order pretty bad… whatever. Second time was just today, when I ordered delivery at 12:58 PM and my order didn’t show up until QUARTER TIL 3 PM. I called around 2 PM to inquire about my order and she just said “It’ll be there at some point”. After my order showed up TWO HOURS LATER, my sandwich was soggy and gross and the drink I ordered was watered down from sitting there forever. Horrible customer care. Go to the Burkhardt Road location because even when they’re super short staff they still get the orders in correctly and in a timely manner.
