This Jimmy Johns location paints a horrible picture of the franchise. So they got one of those freaky fast cars in their parking lot but it takes an irregular amount of time to receive your food ordered from delivery and of course the order is wrong. Jimmy johns makes a pretty good sandwich. Their food always tastes fresh. I have been more than a few times and they are very consistent. What keeps me from giving 5 stars is I always feel so rushed. I know I know they are freaky fast but it freaks me out. Maybe I am just a slow reader. Maybe do your homework before you go so you are not feeling the pressure!!!! On a food note if you are wondering about their lettuce wrapped “unwhich” is it good??? The answer is no it is not good…. it is great! They wrap it so tight it does not come apart.

Freaky slow. Over an hour and a half for delivery at 2:15pm. When I called to follow up, all he said was “we have your order here but it’s not made yet.” No apology. “Just that kind of day” – which after speaking to others, is the norm for this place. And to top it off, disgusting brown lettuce on my sandwich.

Waited almost 45min in the drive through, paid, was told it was still going to be another 20min. I asked for a refund, then man stated he would refund my card but it never happened. Sent an email to corporate, who stated they would reach out to the owner, but have yet to hear from anyone and my card was still charged. Will not be going here again!

Went to this Jimmy Johns on Saturday 3/20/2021 around 8 pm. When I opened my sandwhich I had NO MEAT! This is a repeated issue! I keep giving them chances and I think this was the last one. I won’t be eating Jimmy Johns again!!

While the food is usually good, most of the time when we order delivery, the order has been wrong (missing chips/drink). Most recently, my order took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Not very freaky fast. I understand, things happen… but a call for the store would have been nice to let me know what was going on. You can’t run a business on “fast delivery” if it takes that long.

Placed an order and never delivered. Called after an hour and lady on the phone said drive was on his way. Called back after 2 hours and asked for refund and was told they couldn’t because the power went out. Ok, but how did you answer the phone? Ended up doing a charge back on my credit card instead.
