My school always caters Jimmy John’s for events and they tasted normal. That’s why I didn’t step in this place even though it’s a stone’s throw from my house, until one day for a date. And I was so impressed. The jimmy cubano taste like mentaiko! And it’s also more affordable than Potbelly’s.

Got a delivery order right down the street (maybe a 5 minute drive max) but didnt want to walk there myself since it was dumping rain. Took an hour for them to make the sandwich and another hour for them to deliver it. Called and they refused to give me a refund. Subway sandwiches are better anyways so I would highly recommend them instead.

The quality is great & they are so friendly, but it consistently takes over 45min-1 hour to get my sandwich delivered. Usually receive it after my lunch break end’s unfortunately, even if i order in advance

I love a good Jimmy John’s sandwich, but I had the worst experience at this location. We understand that the clientele late at night isn’t exactly compliant or kind, but my group of sober Purdue game goers was yelled at for attempting to take our receipts to find the bathroom codes, and saw several other customers be yelled at for a variety of things. I felt like I was back in a middle school cafeteria- not freaky fast, or freaky kind. I was very disappointed as opposed to my normal Jimmy John’s experience, including the busy late night broad ripple location. I hope to see this improve the next time we visit purdue.

Do not go to this place. They refused me service and then booed me out. When I came back the next day, I got the jjblt and there was a hair in it. I have been to many jimmy John’s and this has been the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The people who work here have no respect for hygiene and hate when people walk into the store.

There was a nice looking male, 6’1” long hair and wore glasses, who took my order. He had amazing customer service, beautiful green eyes, and a knack for persuading my to purchase more food. This has been one of my best experiences at a Jimmy John’s and I will most definitely be coming back.

they took over an hour to deliver one sandwhich .01 miles. and my sandwhich was made wrong. no mustard or mayo. i get that they’re short staffed or whatever but tell customers that instead of promising “freaky fast” and then being slow and making people’s food wrong.

The guy who took my order was a tall, sandy-haired majesty. He kept his emaculate, emerald orbs on me while I was ordering my Jimmy Cubano, from behind a rim of two glass shields. He was so adamant about taking my order, and such a devoted Jimmy John’s employee, that he inspired me to buy not one, but TWO Jimmy John Triple Chip Cookies (which were truly life-changing). I was even privileged enough to have him wrap my sandwich in front of me. It was truly a craft to see. WILL be returning.
