Nice location and very clean. They were very efficient with our order and we had no problems. Yes, this is a chain, so you will find the expected ambiance. For what it is, it was well worth it. Quick, good food that didnt break the bank.

I must say I had some of the best customer service this evening at the young man I believe his name is Vincent at the register was super polite and friendly. Also there was another worker in the store she was just as friendly and polite. Most people complain when they get terrible service but never acknowledge great customer service. These two worker went over and above even explaining the rewards program. Thank you both again for a pleasant experience

If there was a zero star, this place would have earned it. My wife and I walked in on Sunday 7-17-22 around 12:30 to order 3 sandwiches for our family. Immediately we noticed at least 8 people waiting for their orders, so we figured we were in for a wait, but we were the only ones at the counter, so no big deal. The two girls working there never acknowledged us when we walked in, which is ok, they’re obviously busy making sandwiches. After 5 minutes of no acknowledgement from these two, even after they came over to the cash register, which we were standing literally 4 feet from them, no acknowledgement. By now, the line behind us is out the door. No acknowledgement, nothing, to us or anyone else who walked in ….zero. Well, they got what they wanted… we finally left and went to Jersey Mike’s 2minutes away. They were happy to see us, made our sandwiches, and treated us 5000x better than JJ’s. It’s a shame because I’m originally from Champaign and always had a certain pride going into JJ’s feeling like it was a piece of home somehow. That’s gone now and hopefully your pathetic employees and store on Woodward will be gone soon too! Zero stars earned!!

Every time we place an order with this shop it arrives at least 25 minutes after it is scheduled. For example – placed an order at 9:15am for delivery at noon. Showed up at 12:27 with no notice that it would be late. BUYER BEWARE! I’d suggest eating at home. Been this way for quite some time.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from here twice, the first time my food never got delivered and I had to get my money refunded, despite the fact that I only work 5 minutes from this location. The second time I ordered it took them 45 minutes to deliver my food, and I only ordered ONE sub and nothing else. Also, the driver was not very nice and my sub was DRENCHED in mayo. I will not be ordering from this location again. They are anything but “freaky fast”.
