Walked in and was hollered at by two employees right away. I didn’t do anything or say anything. One employee was saying I wasn’t allowed to be in the building while the other employee was attempting to explain with zero tact that it was drive through only. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I walked out and noticed the car in the drive through was having problems even talking to anyone over the speaker. I figured they didn’t need my business.

Service is sub par for a “Freaky Fast” restaurant since we waited 10 mins in the drive thru to order then another 10 minutes at the window because again the inside is closed. And as we waited we listened to the workers rant with swear words. Then it was cash only which made us scramble to find cash that we don’t really carry. You NEED to do better.

staff will stare at you when you walk in or even walk right past you without taking your order. nobody in uniform, no hats or aprons. Very slow service when they did get to me..not to mention, the young girl making my sub had half her back showing. Such an unprofessional business ran by young adults.

I’m a fan of Jimmy John’s but this location seems to be going downhill. The young crew working there needs proper management. I do understand it’s hard to find workers now, but at least teach the employees how to make a proper sub. Just a few shreds of lettuce on each sub. Ordered one with no onions, no tomato and add pickles. The receipt shows they entered it correctly but whoever made the sub put onions and tomatoes on it and not a pickle in sight. My previous order was also disappointing. I hope they can pull it together. I won’t be back anytime soon.

The sub was fine. The problem is I was charged twice. I called and was told to come in with receipt, which I did. Oh, their computers are old; it should drop off in a couple days. If it doesn’t, come back again. That’s convenient. How about never?

Waited 17 minutes in the drive thru for 2 sandwiches. Ordered a Gar with just meat and cheese. Checked it after I pulled out of the drive thru, it was made incorrectly even though the receipt had just meat and cheese. Took it back in the store and stood there for 5 minutes and no one even looked at me. I finally had to say, can I get some help! After looking at the receipt for a few minutes, they realized they made it wrong. Then I waited 8 more minutes for a correctly made sandwich.
