Store states its open till 10pm. Showed up before 9. about 8:50. locked up tight. This is on 2 separate occasions on separate days. A Monday and a Friday, This is terrible buissness practice, at least tell your customers. Will not be coming here again, it used to be a great location that i visited all the time. Luckily the location is surrounded by other eateries.

2 hour delivery every time. It sucks. I love JJS but this place always delivers late and has an excuse every time. I thought JJs is supposed to be “freaky fast”. Changes need to be made. I even ordered early 10:30 am to avoid lunch rush. Doesn’t make a difference.

Absolutely terrible service. I was the only customer in the restaurant and they made 7 drove thru sandwiches before mine. I sat there for 12 minutes. Freaky fast?? They clearly dont care about dine-in customers. I just left. Didnt even want to eat my sandwich there. So bad!

Everytime we come here it’s fast and easy to order and the food is ready in a decent amount of time. It’s usually just the one guy working here who always does a great job of getting the orders and making them as quick as possible and the orders are always right as well. Great location for fast and easy service.

1 star on the atmosphere, only cause I ordered via the app, and was instructed to go inside. Had to use the drive thru to get my order. The drive thru is not good for larger vehicles (pickup trucks or bigger).
