First time eating at a Jimmy Johns yesterday and I was not disappointed! Aeryn helped with explaining my options( I’m gluten free) and she made a delicious lettuce wrap with the perfect proportions of everything. It really was fast and fresh and she was very sweet and professional about the card swiper not working well. I also love the ice. I’m craving another turkey tom lettuce wrap now. I will be back!

I just tried to buy lunch after waiting in line. They could not make change for $100.00. Seriously??? In the middle of the lunch rush they have zero change???? Ridiculous. Staff was also rude and would not give me the corporate phone number when I asked. Manager’s hands looked filthy. No gloves. Yuck. Will not be back

Poor customer service. We’ve never been to this location before nor have we ever dined in a Jimmy John’s. It’s always been carry out. There were 5 of us and we were hungry so we figured we’d stop and dine in. I said hi to the woman at the counter and she didn’t acknowledge me. She had a scowl on her face. Then when I started my order, I asked that she not put a lot of ice in the pop and she raised her voice and told me that I have to get them myself which was fine but again, I didn’t know because we’ve never dined inside a JJ. At that point, I told my husband and kids we were leaving. So disappointed. Now I know not to stop by that location.

Have been to plenty of Jimmy John’s and this was the least clean and smelled like wet dog when I arrived. Placed an online order only to arrive to her saying she was just going to make it. I was the only order and customer so it should have definitely been ready by the time I arrived but that’s fine. However it was not “freaky fast” and took forever to make two club lulus and a plain slim. Usually I’m more than happy with Jimmy John’s but not on this occasion. Also they are not shy with the mayo at this location in Madison Heights.

Ok, I walk in at 7:30 and ask the older woman at the counter if they’re any specials. “WE DON’T HAVE ANY SPECIALS HERE!” came the rude, loud, unsolicited response from the Fat Girl mopping the floor. So I asked her “Where do you have the specials?” and she had a blank look on her face.

Gone here multiple times. This time for some reason the woman taking the order couldn’t hear me and was rude as hell. I repeated my order 4 times and she would get louder every time she reprimanded me to speak louder. The speaker is lower than my vehicle. My order was short and not that hard and she repeated it back to me correctly. I will go to the other location until she is gone honestly fix your attitude. She won’t be there long. Lol
