Came here for lunch with my co workers yesterday and it was a terrible experience. The manager was super rude and has no self awareness. She was working the register when I walked up and she was counting money and never even acknowledged me until a minute later. Not even a “one second sir,” just ignored me. I left a tip and after I paid she never even said anything just walked off.. One of my co workers had like no turkey on his turkey tom so he went to ask for more and she said “you gotta pay” for more. Not “I’m sorry sir we will fix that for you.” Just terrible management skills. Last thing was we were laughing and having fun and one employee said “can you guys keep it down, my head hurts.” We were the only ones in the store. We will never be going back. Every other Jimmy Johns we’ve been too has been amazing, except this one.

It’s a Jimmy John’s. Food was decent. Lady gave me a piece of turkey on my turkey tom and then when I asked for more she cut me off and said I’d have to pay for more. Super rude. Then when I was refilling my drink the lady threatened to kick us out for being “too loud” (as the music is blaring) super rude employees and then when I was refilling my drink I could hear them talking smack about us and yelling. Super rude people. Would never come back here.

I don’t seem to understand how you can place an order through the drive through and pull up to the window n repeat it again and they still found a way to get my order wrong whom ever was on the drive thru may 20, 2023 at 4 pm a young lite skinned skinny girl and the two tall African American young males with that twist bs in their heads they really need to be retrained because they were pitiful ppl pay to much to get back the wrong order kids dont have responsibilities please hire responsible adults

I just left the drive through and I even had the person repeat my order back to me! So I’m not sure how when I get al the way home my order is wrong. I order the number 9 with no onions, no tomatoes. Order sandwiches on line an hour before pickup. Arrived 5 min late sandwiches still not made. Sandwiches not being ready blamed on short staff. I asked for a refund manager was like I’ll make them now yeah so I can be late for work. Time sandwiches ordered and pickup time should have been high lighted. I ordered my sandwiches 1 hour before I needed to pickup for a reason. How can you be short staff on a Saturday with Michigan and Michigan state playing. As a manager you failed to do your job. Also used Jesus name in vain. It’s now 10/19 and still no refund or apologies from franchise owner. Freaky fast is Freaky Slow at store 246 29033 Southfield rd. It’s not the first or second time So 3 strikes your out. I’m done with Jimmy Johns store 246. I’m never orderJimmy Johns again.

I don’t know why but this store won’t deliver to my house even though it is super close. I love less than 2 miles away, my mom who lives less than one mile away doesn’t deliver to her house either, it’s stupid. I used to get delivery to my house but now it says there are not close by. Why? They also used to be on doer dash but now arn’t. I couldn’t attach a photo but if you look at a map of my area there are 4 jimmy John’s close enough to deliver. Instead I have to order other companies on doordash…. You guys loosin out on delivery in your area.
