Horrible service delivery driver brought 1 out of 4 sandwiches. She said she didn’t grab them but will be back with the other 3. Ok fine, but then messed up 2 of 4 sandwiches coworker calls she gets a credit and has the 2 sandwiches delivered. Same delivery driver comes back with an attitude saying it will be 10 bucks, for what we had a credit only to be told that delivery doesn’t count with the credit. I said I didn’t want my sandwich then and told co worker to get hers, delivery driver abruptly leaves. Called back and just as rude on the phone. Never again will this establishment order this again.

Horrible service. Ordered for delivery and received 3 of my 4 sandwiches. When I called about the woman working didn’t really seem to care and almost seemed annoyed that I called. She was not very helpful nor apologetic. She asked if I wanted the to run back out or if I would just take a credit. In this case I took the credit. I was not impressed by the interaction, complete lack of professionalism. Next time I’ll go to another location even if I have to pick it up.

The lady that answers the phone is RUDE!!!!!! I’m placing my order anything else l, anything else, anything else, anything else then she hung up! I called back to tell her my name and she was nasty about that then hung up on me again. The delivery driver called me back for my location because the girl that answered the phone never asked me where I was. TRULY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Google needs a zero star button for this establishment.

I placed an order for pick up! When I got there I was asked did they tell you that we did not have any turkey? I said no, whoever this person was, I don’t know if he was a manager or an assistant manager… I don’t think he handled the situation appropriately he could’ve said, would you like for us to make your sandwich over or do you want to any substitutions …anything, he did not ask me if I want anything! Seems like this location has Bad reviews I should have read them first I will never go back!
