I asked for an unwhich. Cashier proceeded to ask what I wanted in my sandwich. I told the cashier I have food allergies and can not have bread, dairy or onions. Manager came over explained everything to cashier. (I was picking up did for work 30 min away).

Surprise closes early, no delivery and terrible service. The bread is baked and unfortunately so are 50% of the staff. Needs a franchise owner that knows what they are doing! Aviod this JJs at all costs! You’ll thank me later.

Worst jimmy johns in Ann Arbor. They always mess up the orders. They often close at by 6 or 7 pm when their hours say until 10. The only reason i keep trying to order from them is because theyre less than a mile away, but every time i try i remember why i avoid them

I tried this Jimmy John’s because the one on State was slow. The first time I ordered here it took about 30 minutes which is whatever, lunch rush, but this time it took over 45 minutes. The tracking didn’t update til I called to cancel my order and then suddenly it was on it’s way. Driver was the same both times and nice, I don’t think it was his fault. But I’m done with Jimmy John’s.

Update 7/7/22: placed an order for pick up, showed up, and the store is closed. No sign, just locked and empty at 530p. They’re supposed to be open until 7. Now to figure out how to get my money back from an unmanned ordering system.

This location has been terrible lately. I Definitely won’t be ordering from here again. 7/17/20 I placed an order with them around 11:50am, it took them over an hour to send my order out for delivery. I called them twice, they couldn’t tell me where my order was, or why it was taking so long. I ended up canceling the order, because I just felt like it shouldn’t take that long. Today 8/2/20 the delivery was pretty prompt, but my Italian club was DRY! Barely had any dressing on it, and it tasted really salty for some reason. Disgusting and a waste of money!
