It’s probably best to pick up your orders from this particular Jimmy John’s to save yourself some hassle. I ordered online for delivery, they outsource in the evening (no employee drivers), and though delivery wasn’t the issue on receipt of my order, had I been able to check what I was getting, I wouldn’t have been so mad!

Food and service are fast and good quality when they are open but this location is just never open during their business hours. Workers are in the store and cars are driving through and being turned away and the whole place is losing business. It’s so close to our house so we used to go a lot but after showing up countless times and having it be closed we are going to stop. I wouldn’t be surprised if it permanently closes soon unless something turns around.

It took me over an hour from the point of “out for delivery” to get my food. It’s a 7min walk my facility. All the food was warm. When I called about the service, the employee said I was in the wrong for not ordering at a proper time and wouldn’t let me speak to the manager.
