Anybody who gives this restaurant a poor review must be entitled. I have been to this shop many times. The parking lot is very bad but their is a free parking garage less than half a block away. These workers are fast and I have not had a bad experience ordering here. Wish the delivery distance was farther but I guess it wouldn’t be freaky fast with a big delivery range.

Placed a pick up order at this location tonight. When I came in to get my order, I asked the man at the front for my food. Instead of speaking, he pointed at the pickup station behind me that I had missed when I walked in. As I grabbed my food and left, I heard the workers laughing at me. I hadn’t been in this location before so I didn’t know the layout. I didn’t realize it would be an inconvenience to ask the person working the front counter for my order. I felt like I had been bullied by high school boys for no reason.

This Jimmy Johns sold me a sandwich dressed with lettuce that was more brown than green. They get two stars instead of one because they refunded my money without much fuss, but I would have rather had a sandwich.

The sandwiches are great and the delivery drivers are always pleasant and smiling. However, on multiple occasions I have received my food with the kickin ranch open and spilled all over the bag.. on the sand which, the chips, everywhere. Delivery also takes a while usually depending on what time you order.

To even get into the parking lot is absolutely awful, there’s no directionality of where to go and people end up stopped in the middle of the parking lot. also when i order something and i PAY for it i expect it to be in my bag at pick up and when it’s not i am not happy. This is the most unhappy i have ever been with Jimmy Johns .

Never going to this Jimmy John’s ever again, terrible customer service. Horrible management, I was forced to contact the manager for my issue only to have him defend his employee because he’s new apparently. That doesn’t excuse rude behavior, the employee doesn’t need training for that.
