Food is ok however pricing fraud was observed, I pointed this out to the clerk before paying and no actions were taken. After completing transaction I asserted a claim under the Michigan pricing act, I received a full refund. Ideally this would be reported to protect us consumers from unscrupulous business practices as observed at Jimmy John’s

Sandwiches are somewhat inconsistent. I had two GREAT BLTs (5 stars) over the past week and then I dropped by today grabbing two giant BLTs ($30) for my brother and I. We get home and start eating and both look over at each other at the same time: Something tastes off. After opening the sandwich we see that the tomatoes are more green then red (see photo) and the lettuce tastes rancid as though it’s been sitting on a counter in the sun for the past few days. Absolutely inedible. However thankful the staff were understanding and did issue a refund. I look forward to more (hopefully better) sandwiches in the future.

This location is inconsistent with their sandwich making. Sometimes I get a well made sandwich and sometimes it’s missing something we add. Almost always when I ask for extra pickles and tomatoes, I get less of both. Please suggest a way to ask for extra vegetables and actually get it.

Placed an order for two 30 sub boxes. Requested no mayonnaise. Order was not ready when went to pick up. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Every sub had mayonnaise on them. Won’t be going back.

Does Jimmy John’s is a good place decent staff and get things done freaky fast. Atmosphere is nice although a bit chilly sometimes probably due to the fact that the whole front of the stores made with Windows it is really clean and restrooms are also clean so you don’t have to worry about stuff all over the floor.

I will never visit any of your stores again after the racist treatment at you Livonia Michigan store. This is the second time I was told that is was required to show ID for a $8.00 transaction with my Chip Credit Card. This has only happen to me at this store. I’m a African american male.
