This Jimmy Johns Is a favorite of Mine, and I order at least Once A week. Normally the sandwiches are made very Fast and are always delicious! The past few Times I’ve been, I always Mobile Order, and my order has been Messed up these past couple Times. I’ve Received an Xtra Mayo Sandwich, with Hardly any on it at all! The second time, the bread was Hard as a Rock. For how expensive the Sandwiches are and The normal amazing service, it’s been going down Hill.

Good service n nice people Subs we had we’re Gargantuan, Bootlegger, n 2 sticks of fresh bread . Delicious it was!! Stop bye here to try this location out. Dining room very clean. Workers we’re on point making our food. Not 2 busy either. A couple of vehicles n drive thru & a couple of customers inside. Be kind support local businesses. ✨

This places service is ABSOLUTELY abhorrent. My friend filed a complaint against an employee for racist behavior, and the manager that took the complaint gave that employee their contact information. This is very upsetting, and if these two aren’t fired soon, you will never see me step foot in another Jimmy John’s location.

for one I am not from Detroit I live all in Romulus a stop did you guys store to grab me a sandwich so I can have to eat at work? I’m on my way to work got to work and I’m ready to dig and eat my food and I found here in my phone. I’m constantly trying to call the restaurant with the number that’s on the receipt and it seem like you don’t work because I was trying to report that I found here in my food and I’m at work so I’m not gonna spend some more money just buy me something to eat because I can I make it all way back to you guys this is crazy so you’re not have a phone at work or a number that work and we are calling and can’t get in touch with anybody. That is crazy. I would like my money back because it finally hear my food. I was disgusted.

Unfortunately my sandwich was made incorrectly. It was delivered with an add on that causes me severe stomach cramps. The original sandwich didn’t even come with that item… so it was something specially made for someone else.

I came at almost noon, & decided to go Inside to pick up my order as it says online that dine in is open. The doors were locked. I pulled on them twice and an employee came and opened the door I asked if they were closed and she said no and apologized. I thought that was weird why are the door locked at lunch time if you aren’t closed. The man at the register said nothing just stared at me with a blank stare. I told him I had an online order he handed it to me and gave me my cup and said nothing but just stared at me. It was a weird passive aggressiveness I would have went though the drive through if the lobby wasn’t open but online said it was so I thought I’d come in. I also got a free bag of chips because I didn’t know they were in my bag already and the guy said nothing as I picked up the bag of chips so that’s a plus side, the food was good though.

Good food but freaky slow the last two times I’ve went. Sat at the window for ten minutes the first time as they seemingly just forgot about us and our order even though we’d already paid. Last visit we sat in the drive through for five minutes and the car in front who’d been there longer left after no one took their order. As she was driving away the order taker went to say something but stopped and then the very next car was ignored too. Had to ask an off duty employee if they were open to get assistance.
