I also somewhat enjoy the food at Jimmy John’s however the main attraction is the speed of delivery. I live .8 miles away from the store. I ordered my meal on the app at 7:31 it didn’t arrive until 8:11. I have had pizza delivered faster than this. I called talk to the manager and all I get is stream of excuses and I am sorry.

My order is always 100% correct, the delivery is always really fast, and I’ve never had a problem with customer service in the store or for delivery. When I had an issue with the store (one time, for something corporate did), the owner personally called me and fixed the situation. I couldn’t be happier with this Jimmy Johns! And if you’re counting calories, these subs are a great way to fill up for not a lot of calories. Great food!!

The crew at this place is ALWAYS working at a FAST pace even with the social distancing. Today was a big challenge for them. For some reason today was extremely busy and they still were very professional at thier jobs. They kept people out of the store when the sign clearly said only 4 people max at a time. The guy behind the counter did a good job of enforcing the store policy.

Great people at this location (guys and gals). Very kind and professional. Have always crafted my sandwiches just as asked but I can say from seeing other customers in action they’re quick to handle any sandwich mishaps without any huffs and make sure the customer is pleased.
