If I could give a negative rating, I would!! Remove Charlie from your facility immediately if you don’t want to continue to receive negative reviews. These so-called entitled young people that have ZERO ounces of respect and just human decency makes me sick. It is unacceptable to hang up on any customer! If you are not customer orientated or fit for the service industry, then do everyone a favor and work somewhere else where you DON’T interact with customers. The responsibility also falls on the owners! If you continue to hire reprehensible and disgusting individuals, then you will continue to receive negative reviews. Therefore, your franchised business will plummet like your ever decreasing review score!

I ordered online today and went to pick up my order. There was one customer in front of me, and three workers. One of them worked the register while the other two busied themselves. I stood at the counter for a minute and then noticed the Pick Up sign down the counter so moved down there. I saw my order with the receipt sitting there waiting to be bagged. The three workers literally ignored me as I stood there. One was inspecting uncooked dough rather than wait on me. I finally grabbed the receipt to check that it was my order, which it was, grabbed the two sandwiches and walked out. My friend then messaged me that he ordered online, and I saw him turn into the parking lot, went through the drive thru to pick it up and he said they ignored him and he had to park and go in. I’m sure they ignored him in there too. Hire some people who actually will do their jobs.

How the hell is it possible to give someone the wrong order when their actual order is *literally* right next to the window? This place managed to do it. I ordered an Italian Night Club and got someone’s Chicken Club instead. How??? I was literally the only person in the drive thru????

Have come here several times due to convenience. This is without doubt the worst jimmy John’s I have been to. I have had orders with undercooked bread, orders that were not prepared the way I have asked and just yesterday placed an order in the drive-thru. I paid for it and then sat there for 15 minutes while the employees had a conversation. At the window they have a tip cup displayed proudly. Here’s a tip, hire people who care about their jobs and the people they serve. I will never come to this place again. Yesterday was the last time.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Jimmy John’s restaurant in Romulus, MI. I walked into the store. From the customer area, to the counter and prep spaces, it was extremely clean. This meant to me that the associates took pride in the store’s appearance, and thus other aspects of the store. This was also demonstrated in the quality of the sandwich I received. It was textbook. I’ve been to other Jimmy John’s shops where it seemed like they just slapped my sandwich together. A guarantee that I would not return. But I could tell that the associates took care in the product they put together. My time in the store was brief, but I felt like my business was appreciated. I will definitely return to this shop.

Order from a different location please. Ordered the all American beefy crunch online and they forgot the crunch & the thousand island sauce. Okay.. mistakes happen. Called the store and the associate (guy & girl) kept hanging up and refused to address the issue. Even had my coworkers call and try and as soon as they heard the issue, placed us on an extremely long hold. This happened multiple times. So so rude & unprofessional. New associates needed at this location asap. Even asked for a manager (who was the woman who also kept hanging up) which resulted in more extremely long unanswered holds. Left a feedback review on the website. Horrible experience.
