Usually when I have ordered in the past, they have always delivered my orders in a timely manner. Today, not so much. It took an hour for my order to arrive today. I don’t live very far from this store. I had to call the store to figure out what was taking so long. Seems like they completely forgot about it. Hopefully future orders will not turn out like this one.

Quick, super fast delivery. Not crazy about the tip before they arrive. Driver left before i could grab money. Checked website and nope, no option to add tip. Tried to send feedback on website but it creates an endless loop stopping the submit. Vito half sub was good. $13 with delivery.

Second time at this location and I felt like they didn’t want to serve me. Didn’t feel welcomed at all and the sub was sloppy and the guy taking my order acted as if he didn’t want to touch my hand in any type of way. Will not be going here again and will be contacting corporate office. By the way I’m a black woman and I do live in the area.

Was here one other time and they had good food but was closed early tonight at 8:05 even though it said 9pm on Google. Was ignored when asked if they were closed. We asked multiple times to a gentleman taking the garbage out but he literally acted like we didn’t exist.. pretty irritated about being ignored.. it would have been easy to just answer yes or no. Come to find out they close at 8 or earlier but Google says 9pm. Wasted a whole trip here for nothing . UPDATE: Other than that I have been here numerous times and they seem pretty good so I will raise them to 4 stars from 2 stars

I called for a catering order 2 hours before I needed it. It was a big order and I was told by another Jimmy Johns (Wyandotte) that they would not do it even though they were 3 minutes up the road. When I called this location they told me they would do it for me and deliver it even though we were out of delivery range. Alex was the employee that took my order. The manager and Alex went above and beyond to complete it and the order even got here earlier than I asked. Great customer service and the food was all correct!

Very friendly accommodating staff. They even cut my giant sub in half without being told too, and they were patient when I was placing my fiancé’s order. Subs are fulfilling and delicious. I recommend this Jimmy John’s. I would not patronize the Wyandotte Location.
