Not sure why they respond to google reviews with an automated message telling you to submit your problem to their website where they still never respond. But never have good experiences from this location. Todays fun adventure was getting expired chips. Lmfao what a joke of a place this is. Won’t be ordering from jimmy John’s any more. Maybe subway will have a come back in 2023 ♂️ also just a tip you should try cooking your bacon before putting it on a sub.

3 people working and no line. They still completely messed up both sandwiches. Mine had add-ons I did not order, was missing what I requested, and didn’t have any condiments (I ordered Dijon and oil/vinegar and both missing). My partners was missing core ingredients that come standard and had zero requested add-ons. The cashier was also rude af. This happened last time I visited and I will not be returning to this location. Avoid.

The food is good. The delivery took over an hour and the restaurant is maybe like 10 minutes from my work. They forgot a drink & they didn’t cut our sandwiches which we put everything on the receipt so It just sucks that there is always something wrong with food orders now a days. Feels like mo one cares for the quality of food anymore

I ordered the 8inch country club with the bread out I don’t know if this is normal or just the location but for a $9 sub it could have had a little bit more meat for $9. Next time I’ll just go to Jersey Mikes where you get a lot more meat for the same price you pay at Jimmy John’s.

I order from this location unfortunately at least twice a week and alway missing items yesterday was 2 bags of chips the other time an entire sandwich the time before that was a Cookie. I understand the short staffing issue but please at least double check an order before it leaves for delivery. Or check items off as they are being bagged. I never call to complain just take the loss. Maybe I should call to complain but I haven’t. All I. All at least out 100 dollars worth of food that I’ve paid for and have not had delivered. Very weird that Jimmy johns asks u to submit your review on their website as well, expected to have some one reach out to me regarding the issues at the store never heard a thing from Jimmy johns? So what was the point of them commenting on my review to also submit the review on their website if they never try and contact you for more details. As a manager of a restaurant myself we take the time to call customers of our establishment to try and listen to their concerns so we can better ourselves and not make the same mistake twice. Just speaks volumes on the company as a whole. Not looking for compensation per say no matter how much money I’ve wasted on this company. But just to know that this store has severe issues and may need more help than what the manager and owner is able to accomplish. Good luck to you Jimmy johns you will desperately need it.

The worst… I placed my online order it took 2 hours to deliver. Got the notification my order was out for delivery and it wasn’t until 55 minutes after the app update that I received my meal. Ferndale is a 2×2 mile and Jimmy John’s is less than .5 miles from my house. Unacceptable. Don’t order delivery from them, far from freaky fast. More like slow as snails.
