ordered online and after 55 minutes I had to call and cancel. When I asked what happened to “freaky fast delivery” I was told “We don’t do that anymore”. I didn’t expect it in 5 minutes but they are 6 minutes away from me and they couldn’t even get it to me in an hour!!! So much for my lunch today.

This Jimmy John’s location is worth driving extra for! The JJ nearer me closed at 7pm, so I drove over to this location. I was desperate for an Unwich, which is such a fantastic GF option (based on sandwich choice). I was greeted by a smiling young man (name unknown but the store is #231 and it was shortly after 7pm on 7-5-23). The sandwich was excellent! Really done so much nicer than other JJ’s I’ve ordered from. Lots of lettuce surrounding all the fixings, and perfectly seasoned. It exceeded my expectations. And the friendly person behind the counter made me smile too. Thank you Store #231 and smiling employee!

I walk in, and the floor is wet from the mopping. Not an issue usually, however they used some stanky soap. Place smelled like a toilet. And the music was as loud as a Manowar concert. I specifically order a JJ Gargantuan sub combo. The sub was supposed to be 16in. When I got home, it was the 8in instead. My fault for not checking at the store. I called them for clarification. Some which way, the girl tried to convince me a giant sub is bigger than a gargantuan. Huh….so my order was correct in her mind. The website clearly states 16in for a gargantuan size. I give up. Hungry, need to eat. Moral of the story, check your order for accuracy if done online. Don’t be a goober like me.

Ordered delivery on the app. 45 minutes passed and still hadn’t received a notification that it was out for delivery. Tried calling to cancel because I needed to leave for a meeting. First call, no one answered. Second call someone answered and immediately hung up. Third and Fourth calls no answer. Guess I’ stuck paying for a lunch I won’t be eating. Terrible Service!

Just got out of the ER, and all I wanted was a sandwich. I sat down while my husband ordered our food, and the gentleman, name started with a D, taking our order seemed like he had never worked in food service. Didn’t ask if we wanted to add anything, wasn’t honest about what sauces were available, and tried to ring us out before we were done ordering. The music was horrific, playing multiple heavy metal songs all at once. When we asked if it could be changed, they blamed it on the neighboring stores WiFi. My sandwich was made wrong, and they charged us for a combo but didnt give us the food. I’ve been a Jimmy John’s customer for years and this is the first time I’ve left before my food was finished. Try again.
