I ordered a twenty dollars sub which i’ve ordered several times and this was what they sent me one piece of roast beef with three peppers on it. Almost worries me on who is making the food if this is their best effort. Again, $20.00. After this review they did credit me for the order.

Went to this location yesterday, the drive thru line was 4 cars deep and it was not freaky fast. When I got to the window to pay and receive my food, I watched employees make every order. No gloves were changed and I tasted mustard on my sandwich, it doesn’t come with mustard. Have you ever heard of cross contamination?

DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Total and utter disbelief. I walked in to the most depressing service ever. Employees had terribly unhappy looks on their faces. I was not greeted. The younger lady who was sweeping started getting aggressive with the broom, almost as if she got angry that I walked in and she now has to do some work. I felt so uncomfortable. I will never stop in here again.

My first time at a Jimmy Johns so I wasn’t familiar with the menu at all. But, thankfully a young man by the name of Destin was very patient and kind enough to help out with some suggestions. Patience is truly rare these days! Destin made me feel welcomed and also made me want to come back again and again! Great customer service, I will be back.

I was the only customer inside. There was one car at the drive-thru window as I entered the establishment. I hurried inside (to the empty store) because I needed to quickly be on my way (just like most people). The young lady took my order without a greeting. The sandwich maker at no point made my order a priority because he continued to fulfill every drive-thru order as they continued to drive up even though my order had already been taken before each of them except, the one at the window. It seemed that the gentleman on the back register sensed my frustration as he was now the only employee who properly greeted me. I finally received my order from this establishment after I watched none less than four cars (that pulled up while I was standing there) receive their orders before my order was filled.

FURTHER UPDATE: I was told on here that I’d be given a credit. I was not given a credit under my number. When they messed up a giant #14 I got three days ago, they messed it up and when I called, I was then given a credit for that one. Although, when I redeemed it, it wasn’t for a giant, just a regular. This is by far the worst JJ’s location I’ve ever been to. I keep going because it’s by my work. But if I was you, I’d avoid it all together.

The sandwich was made right in front of my when I sat down to eat it the sandwich completely fell apart… all the toppings and meat fell out I got my hands super greasy and oily. I’m not sure how they let this go… I asked for extra napkins and this 21$ sandwich was a mess…

Ordered the spicy East Coast Italian . Supposed to have hot peppers hence the SPICY part . Has none . Not very spicy , But very disappointing . Now I have to drive all the way back just to get some hot peppers . I shouldn’t have to do this . Didn’t get a receipt . And they didn’t put my sub in a bag . And wow . I can’t believe all of the terrible reviews .

Probably the worst jimmy johns of all time. Heres a big tip, just go get jersey mikes anyways! Made an order at this specific location for delivery, and the tracker stated it was already delivered to me when it was not. Called the store to see what was going on and the guy that answered a) had a horrible attitude. and b) told me my order was messed up on the computer and the driver would be there soon. More than an HOUR goes by, so i finally call to see if there was an update, the same guy answered, and when i asked the attitude just got worse. i get you hate ur job, we basically all hate our jobs, but literally try just a LITTLE harder bro. It’s truly embarrassing for you LOL. He proceeds to then tell me my order will be there in the next HOUR again. At this point i find this ridiculous and ask for a refund. Whole time the guy who answered is sighing about it and still, giving me the worst type of attitude considering i was very nice the first phone call. This location seems horrible and i do not reccommend to anyone. You all need new staff because the ones you have now are complete and utter garbage. And yes, all hate.

Our delivery driver Shirley was AMAZING. She was so determined in this terrible arctic vortex, to make sure we received our sammies! Our apartment complex is super difficult to navigate and she handled it like a champ! Was super impressed with her driving skills. I will be asking for her whenever I order from now on.
