I don’t even know why I stop in here anymore. It’s less than a mile from my house and is convenient, but the food is terrible and the order is wrong EVERY time. I always order an unwich with extra meat and get charged for that. Never fails – no extra meat – but this time my unwich was the side of the palm of my hand! This place is so disappointing. I grew up near the beck and Pontiac trail location and those people would die if they saw how the Union lake location was run. The employees are lazy, preoccupied, and they make terrible sandwiches and don’t listen to what customers want. The kid had my sandwich made before I could even complete my order – so he probably didn’t even hear that I said extra anything. I wish I could have the money I’ve spent here back, but I’ll just never return after this. All they are concerned with is getting you out of the store from the second you walk in. Huge disappointment to the JJ franchise. This location needs someone to come retrain everyone and teach some serious customer service, which starts with listening.

Employees are terrible. They always have friends in the lobby sitting there that they are hanging out with. This experience the staff member type in my order but didn’t even take my money to pay before she walked off to go sit in the lobby to hang out with a friend on the clock.

Placed my simple order (1 combo meal) at 11:45 AM for delivery. Took 30 minutes before my order was “Out for Delivery”. It is now 12:45 pm and still no food. 60+ minutes is anything BUT freaky fast for a shop 5 minutes away. Hoping to eat soon but I won’t hold my breath.

This location is awful. I got yelled at and told to go F myself because they messed up my order. I ordered a 7 no cheese and asked for a remake. The sandwich wrapper at the end of the line asked to me to remove the cheese myself, then continued berating me asking if I was allergic and finished telling me to F myself. I didn’t say anything to him other than it had cheese and can you make me a new one. Absolutely appalling you could treat customers like that. Never coming back again.

I ordered a delivery on Tuesday mar.23 and decided to cancel after waiting over an hour. In this time I was not given a call to make me aware of such a delay, I called after a half hour and an employee said I was next up to leave the store which is 7 minutes away by car. Now 40 minutes pass and my chance of eating lunch is out the window so I call to cancel the order, 20 minutes later a driver shows up and I tell him I’ve already cancelled the order. The manager should of given me a heads up after the first 20 minutes of not being delivered that there’s going to be a delay secondly the manger should of alerted the driver not to deliver my order as he wasted not just his time and gas for a dead order but the next poor sap that orders a delivery from this location. Store needs a redirect on management.

Love Jimmy John’s subs but doubt we will be back. When 5 in store customers have ordered and paid their orders should come before a large online order correct? Nope all in 5 store customers said give me my $ back I’m not waiting 45 minutes. Not good management or customer relations. You have people standing in front of you.

Unusually bad lunchtime service on 8/6. After waiting for a delivery of 3 sandwiches and 2 chips to a location less than 5 minutes from the restaurant, I decided to call and check on my order. After about 7 or 8 rings, someone answers “hello?” There was no greeting so I had to ask if it was indeed Jimmy John’s and it was. I explained the situation and was unsympathetically told it’s normal to wait this long. I asked how much longer I should expect to wait and she said she didn’t know because they don’t track the drivers. Eventually our food arrived and the order was correct, albeit 2 of the 3 sandwiches were a mess. I am so used to ordering from other locations with completely different results. It certainly was not freaky fast. Very disappointed.

I’m so annoyed that this is my local Jimmy John’s. They have never gotten our order right (and then super rude when we point it out that it was wrong). Today my 8 year old and I stopped and ate in and some girl slicing meat is just cussing up a storm while telling her story. I know it’s fast food but none of the workers seem to care at all. They are loud and disrespectful. This is my son’s favorite place to eat and everytime it is worse and worse.
