I ordered the Thai chicken wrap, and once they delivered it I noticed the wrap was extremely light. I thought they gave me the wrong order at first. When I unwrapped it, it was the “Thai chicken wrap” but there was hardly anything in it. Plus no chicken whatsoever. I called Jimmy Johns right away – gearing up for a possible battle. I spoke to the manager explaining what just happened. Without hesitation this awesome person apologized and was happy to send me a new one. Mistakes happen, I get it. But good customers is rare.

I hadn’t ordered from this location since May of 2022 because it took over an hour the last time. I decided to give it another shot today. Ordered the Caprese Salami Pesto. It was bland and mushy. I threw it out after a couple of bites. The order took 37 minutes to arrive, which is definitely not “freaky fast”. The driver was very nice, which is the only reason this location received even one star.

I normally have the best experience with this location with speed and good food. Today, however, I waited for over 2 hours after calling at least 5x-and each time they said it was on the way. I would rather them just be honest. What a horrible experience.

Service and delivery are always quick and friendly. I have had no issues across any of my orders from this location! The app also provides good deals and rewards and has a very usable interface to make customizing your order much easier. They didn’t even overload my delivery drink with ice, which is not something that can be said for other locations I’ve ordered from in the past!
