Staff Can’t seem to follow simple instruction. Asked for no tomato, extra cheese and add bacon on one sandwich. Got no cheese no bacon, and there were tomatoes! Other sandwich was asked for no lettuce and there was almost double the lettuce on the sandwich. Staff needs improvements. They were not busy in there either.

i’ve ordered from here so many times and i really want to speak with the owner because i’m very upset. I live one street down from fenton firehouse and they say i’m out of range, but you’ve delivered here countless times? I always leave a very good tip and don’t complain when my stuff is wrong. I’m so sick of this! Like you seriously can’t drive an extra minute? I know it’s not up to the drivers but common it’s one minute.

I walked in to order and a tiny woman at the count taking orders talked so low she couldn’t be heard over the Tattoo and body piercing club members next to her making the sandwiches. The employees making my sandwiches never looked at me or spoke to me because they were so busy talking about their friend. They wrapped and layed my sandwiches on the counter and kept talking to each other. I asked “could I have them bagged?” And they said ” the bags are right there” and went right back to what they were doing. There were no napkins available and those employees weren’t going to bother to help me. What ever happened to courtesy? Do they not get that if customers don’t come back they won’t have a job?
