This strip mall is all brand new. Very clean and elegant inside and out. They did a beautiful job building this place. The food is great . The staff is really kind and the food is made fresh in front of you. I love the all meat sub. There prices are very reasonable for the amount of meat and toppings you get on your sub too. Thank you guys and gals at Jimmy John’s for the great food. They also have a drive thru if you don’t wanna go inside but there is never a wait either way. Yummy food.

The place is new and cool but It’s sad to see what Jimmy John’s has become. Super weak sandwich with high costs. I’m not sure if it’s corporate doing it or location but this was the weakest sandwich I’ve had in my life. You think it was the slim. 2 slices of Turkey and a teaspoon of avocado. I always said a Jimmy John’s in flushing would be great but it’s gotta do better. Either lower the price or train employees to put some effort.

I was double charged for my order ($88!) due to a glitch in the credit card machine. Both Devon and Cherri were aware, sympathetic and wanted to make it right but hands were tied by general manager, Gary. When I spoke to him, not only was he rude, but he informed me that the only way to get my money back was to submit a printed bank statement so he could be sure I was truly owed the money. He said this was corporate policy, but when I called the corporate office to discuss such an invasive practice, i was assured it was NOT their policy. They emailed the owner group… never got a response. Jimmy Johns still has my money, they will never have my business again. Oh.. and there was a hair in one of the sandwiches so i didn’t even eat it. Just awful.
