I ordered food at 11:40am and didn’t receive my order for over an hour. It took so long that I couldn’t even eat my food during my lunch break at work even though I ordered it well in advance. I even called the was store at 12:30 asking where my order was and was going to cancel it but they said it was on the way. And it was another 10-15 minutes before the driver showed? How is that freaky fast? My job is so close I can see the store from the parking lot. I could have walked there, made my own food, walked back, and still have enough time to eat my lunch. Jimmy would have wanted better. My sandwich was soggy and the wheat bread crust was over cooked and hard. Lettuce tasted bad like they used yesterday’s leftovers. Will never order here again.

Ordered my food at 11:30 it is now 1:15 and I still have not received my food I called at 12:50 and was told it was out for delivery I am 3 blocks away from Jimmy John’s I was told she could void my order I wanted they normally don’t issue refunds even though I’m sure my lunch is going to be disgusting by the time I get it what will be worse is that my lunch is going to be over and I still have not ate this is ridiculous

You can not give me enough free subs to eat at this location. Absolutely a disgrace! After waiting over 45 mins for our delivery to the branch, which is less then a mile away on the same street! I called to make sure they had the right address. Spoke to a rude customer service manager and was told they were cancelling our order because they were so backed up. Would’ve been nice to know at the time of our order and not just cancelled. Would not have known if we didn’t call to check on our order. Its a shame they false advertise “Freaky Fast” if you are expecting lunch to eat lunch today don’t order from this location. It’s a horrible place of business.
