So decided to do a little comparison on sub shops. Visited this Jimmy Johns today and i think i will stick to Subway. Dont get me wrong subs do have good flavor but for the price and value they need lots of work. The cashier i had to ask 3 times what he even said it was such a low mumble. So put my order in and before i turned around he hands me the sub over the counter (not even a bag) or mention of one. Diddnt see it made, no mention of any other toppings u could get. Just short and sweet. Lol At Subway they make it right in front and u go along with them as they ask you about other toppings.

my chips didn’t get delivered to my work with my sandwich, i called and said i wasn’t gonna ask them to come back just for chips but was wondering if they could credit my account and they said they would. I had also submitted a thing to the company for it just in case, but a few weeks later and still nothing. us broke people really value that extra bit of food when you get to treat yourself lol so i’m disappointed

My sub was disgusting the bacon on it was super undercooked and rubbery. They didn’t even make sure to put enough turkey on it to fill the whole sub, so half of it was just bread. I’m glad I checked it before I ate any of it. Dodged food poisoning once again from your store. I threw it out after I didn’t get an answer calling the store multiple times. This is the last time I will order from this location.

Working in the same parking lot yet it takes over 30 minutes from order time and over 10 minutes to get to me. I called and asked and she said he just left yet she also said he left 10 minutes ago. As I’m typing this it’s still not here and it’s now been another five minutes since I called over. My lunch is over and now I don’t get to eat my food. Was better service with old owners

I love the speed at which the Jimmy John’s staff assemble your sandwich. They make lunch quick and easy. The prices are reasonable and the food always tastes fresh. It also makes me smile that a bunch of people wish you well when you leave the shop.
