I have been to this location a couple of times. The first time I had no issues. The second time around, I ordered three sandwiches off the favorites menu. Two were fine, but the third (Club Lulu) had barely any protein on it. Normally, I am not one to complain, but it genuinely felt like I was just eating bread, mayo, and lettuce. I ended up calling the store, and was told that unlike the other sandwiches on the Favorites menu, the Club Lulu is not supposed to have lots of protein. Although I wasn’t happy, I accepted the answer. More recently, I bought this exact sandwich from another location, and the protein quantity was as expected, thus I felt obligated to write this review in hopes that the owner will see this and make appropriate changes.

I have always received a good sandwich from any Jimmy Johns. I believe the best one was the last one at the Hemlock, Michigan restaurant. While there are closer JJs for me, I think next time I will be heading right back to Hemlock.

Ordered a combination favorite. They delivered the wrong sandwich. Called them back, they swapped out the new sandwich with the old one. New one was STILL wrong. Never ever have this problem with any JJ’s except for the Hemlock one. Kind of an expensive place to be messing up orders on a regular basis.

Ordered a sandwich and asked if there was any sauces on it which they said no, well because I said sauces, that didn’t mean mayo so my sandwich had mayo on it. I called and wanted a sandwich at a later date and I spoke to 3 people and unfortunately they can’t make me a new sandwich . I live 1/2 hour away. All done with this jimmy johns!

I truly love their subs, but every time I order the slim 3 they barely put enough tuna on it to cover the bread, even half covered would be nice. When I said somthing, they said go home and complain so I am.

Every time I place an order online I ask that my sandwich be cut in half and it has NEVER came cut in half. Try to call them to address the issue and they don’t answer the phone.

The sandwiches we chose were one of many choices. I wish we could have chosen whole wheat or whole grain buns, however. My digestion gets backed up on plain white bread/buns. Maybe many people have intestinal problems due to lack of fiber.
