Jimmy John’s, in general, is very fast and accurate, which is why we’ve given them the benefit of the doubt for this long, however this particular location has gotten our order wrong three out of three times. This veggie sandwich was $9, and was obviously supposed to have lots of added vegetables, which were added online and are clearly listed on the receipt.

Really disappointed! Usually food is very fast. Waited 20 minutes without a word. Someone needed to let us know what was taking so long. I could see the staff hiding and not coming to the drive up window to give us an update. If you are behind at least let us know! We will try again. Hope you do better!

Service was extremely slow. It took 17 minutes to get 3 sandwiches and a pickle. Which was ultimately disappointing, because 1 of the sandwiches was incorrect despite having the staff member reading our order back and confirming that it had been entered correctly. I normally really enjoy Jimmy Johns with fast and accurate service, but this location was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Jimmy John’s.

Total bad experience, waited over 10 minutes for take out order, only to discover they had order wrong, another 10 minutes and walked out with 2 subs and 1 drink, $30 Whow! The bread was hard and had no mayonnaise, and no napkins, sorry but never again!
