Ordered two sandwiches for delivery. Didn’t receive the food after an hour so I called and they said they delivered it but I explained I never received it and they refused to remake my food and said I “might” get a refund. Had my boyfriend call and they ended the phone call saying “f**k you” to him. Never received my food or refund. Horrible customer service.

Very good sandwiches, the #2 is best. Definitely try others also. The $5 combo is the best value. Definitely stop by if you want a quick and cheap lunch. Still not as good as a local sandwich shop but is ok.

I will never be ordering from this location again. Called last night to try to place an order and the guy I was on the phone with was incredibly rude. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced the guys working at this location to be very rude. Called the Harrison location, the man I spoke with happily took my order and was extremely sweet. every time i call to place an order, i get hung up on, and every time i try to order online, the website says they dont deliver to me (they used to deliver to my place pre-pandemic.) so you physically have to go here to get food, but im cool w that. havent had an issue w any in-store orders.

the store hours changed? i have gone here twice to try to get a quick sandwich for dinner and both times it was around 5:30 and they answer the drive through to tell me they’re closed? not sure why this keeps happening. i also keep trying to call them and it keeps giving me the message, “sorry the line is busy”.

I ate an unhealthy amount of jimmy johns last year. I was eating a sandwich at least twice, sometimes three times a week. Definitely was way too easy to stop in on my way home from class. They aren’t the fastest jimmy johns I have been to, but they are far from being the slowest. I’d give them a solid B tier. We also got delivery from them all the time and they got the order right almost every time. One time my roommate ordered a sandwich and they forgot to put lettuce in it which I found hilarious.
