This is the slowest jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. I went here twice in one week, and both times it was noticeably NOT “freaky fast”. The second time I was here, on 4/4/23 I ordered my sandwiches in-store and I was standing there waiting for 10 minutes and then a staff member asked me “are you waiting for something?” …..They had sent my sandwiches out with a driver! I had to wait for them to once again SLOWLY make my order. It was 13 minutes from the time I paid for my order to when I received my order.

The food sounds good. Too bad I never got it. I ordered (apparently) shortly before they closed, and they accepted my order. Waited awhile. Called, someone answered to tell me they were closed. Said I had an order and then I was told it was voided. Never got a call. Never got an email. Guess they figured I’d just figure it out when I didn’t get anything and they didn’t answer the phone, but they still accepted my order and placed a hold on my card. Absolutely bad service.

What can I say this is a Jimmy John’s. You know what you are getting if you go here. This particular one is clean and has very attentive staff. Everyone is very friendly and I’ve always had a good experience. This is my favorite one in the Lansing area. Try the sliced pickles and cucumbers on your sandwich.
