I was offered a job the first week of February of 2023 and hadn’t been contacts after my initial hire. But today, they randomly added me to their workday as if I’m an employee to them. They didn’t answer any emails and still haven’t but still had all my information to act as if they still can just hire me after two months of no contact. Wish they wouldn’t been better at that.

We just ate here, the girl working the cash register was super sweet but the guy making our sandwiches shouldn’t be allowed to work there. He got mad he had to remake my sandwich when I ordered the number 10 (roast beef) and he gave me turkey. When my husband asked him very nicely to cut his sandwich because he got the bigger sandwich he walks alway comes back throws the cutting board and then threw his knife. I will never take another step into this place. What an awful experience. Last thing I wanted to deal with when just getting out of work. This happened around 6pm o. 1/7/2023

Not sure if it’s because it’s Halloween or not but, I was unable to order online either through website or application. So I called into place an order to which I informed the employee that whenever I try to place an order over the phones there’s an issue…. And today was no different. Read my card number off to the employee 4 different times very slowly, and there were still unable to get the correct number. So I went to the store where I waited 15 minutes in the drive through, purchased my sandwich and it was terrible, not put together well at all. Will not return and wouldn’t recommend to anyone after this experience

This location for Jimmy John’s solely needs to get it’s act together. One orders online for instore pickup. When I arrived there’s a sign on the door that says you have to go through the drive-thru line line to get your order. The idea of ordering in store is so you don’t have to go through the drive-thru line. There’s got to be somebody smart enough in that store to turn off the in-store pickup. All other Jimmy John’s have it where you can go inside and dine also. It’s really begs the question: What on earth is happening with this Jimmy John’s..

Service is sub par, the open and close times are terrible, their delivery range is not good even when I tried placing a big order for new years eve, if you go in store its fine, but I don’t really recommend this location.
