I came in with my partner and when we got up to the register the woman that was taking our order was not very friendly. We proceeded to ask for avocado spread on our slim sandwich (her absolute favorite and regular order for the last 3 years) and she refused. She stated that the slim only had meat and cheese and we couldn’t add anything to it, even for the additional fee. Is this a new policy? We order it at least twice a week without an issue, with a small fee associated to the additional item. It looks like it is easily an option to order online. Her sandwich is really depressing now and not worth the money. Also, since we could not have any add ons, she asked for a kickin ranch. There was a pregnant pause before she agreed to add it. There was a “you better not add this on your sandwich. It is ONLY meat and cheese” expression on her face.

Food is always good and fast here. Today my turkey sandwich seemed really light on Turkey thus only 3 stars. If I get lightened again I would look elsewhere for a $11.84 meal deal with less the an eighth of turkey.

They don’t have a delivery driver? And kept me on hold for 10 minutes to tell me that. It is completely unprofessional to have someone put on hold for 10 minutes to just tell you what they could have said in the first place. If you can’t find people to work then you need to be paying them better.

I’m disappointed in the sub I ordered. I got a vegetarian sub with ham on it bc I wanted the avocado and cucumber but they barely put any avocado on it. And the bread is crusty meaning its like hard. I did take two bites out of the sub before taking a picture and I was going to go back up there to get a new one made but I had 10 minutes until they closed so I didn’t think I’d get there on time.

It took an hour to get my sandwich which was wrong. They didn’t include a straw or napkins for my drink. All of this I can understand. They’re probably really understaffed. What mostly prompted this review was that the driver called me 3 times even though it was clear I was at work because it was not only delivered to my job but I ignored the first two calls. Then he text me saying I HAVE to sign my receipt. When I said I’ve never had to before he was like “well if you want to leave a tip you have to”. He badgered me at work… For a tip. Super unprofessional. Definately going to be skipping out on jj for the foreseeable future.
