Jimmy John’s used to be a really good place but the past 5 months you can’t get delivery to save you life… It went from Freaky Fast to Freaky Never! It’s not like it’s only been a couple times cuz I have called several times a week and still NO delivery for all this time. The bad thing it’s not only this Jimmy John’s it’s the one down the road from here too. Stop saying you’re Freaky Fast on Delivery when your not Delivering to people….

I’ve ordered delivery from Jimmy John’s several times, and have been impressed with how fast they are. However today was not one of those times. I placed an order for 2 sandwiches which took over an hour to deliver to an address less than two miles away. Definitely not “freaky fast”.

While JJ’s has consistency in their food quality, waiting over an hour for my food to even be put in a delivery vehicle seems absurd. Now I’ll wait another 30 minutes for it to arrive. Not sure why this location in particular seems to take this long regularly – perhaps they need more staff members.

Took an hour for a sandwich when I live 2 minutes away. This is the third time this has happened. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I will never order from them again. If I wanted to wait an hour for delivery I would have ordered from a much nicer restaurant.
