We specifically asked to have items left off both of our subs, when we were a significant distance away from the store, we both unwrapped them and found them loaded with EVERYTHING we asked to NOT have on them! After 5 minutes of scraping off unwanted items with napkins we thankfully had in the car, and wasted lettuce that was soaked in mayo we asked to not have as well, they were edible but very frustrating. We wont be back into this particular JJ. Whomever is working needs to communicate with eachother.

When you order a 6, THE VEGE with all the free veges, WHY do you put on oils! THAT ISN’T A VEGETABLE. This has happened WAY too much, I’m done with a soggy mealy garbage sub. Also you are FREAKY SLOW. Those guys in there are horrible. Done with this place.

I get JJ’s a lot and immediately noticed the lettuce looked and tasted off. It wasn’t shredded like it usually is! It tasted like they bought some old bags of iceberg mix from walmart and dumped it in my sandwich. It was nasty. I tried getting if off but of course it sticks to everything. The difference in taste was very noticeable and it did not look or taste fresh at all. If this location cant properly prepare their own lettuce or is replacing it with store bought instead, I wont be ordering again.

I asked to PAY for extra meat on sandwich for my dog. ( as I always do at all other JJ) they refused to put meat on the side???? Even after asking manager. Garbage service. What a ridiculous policy for THIS location. Guess I won’t be buying me 15$ sandwich here anymore

Used to be a good location. Doesn’t seem like it anymore Delivery came with wrong subs. I drove back myself to get different subs. Nothing but attitude from the employee at the window. It’s okay that mistakes happen, but employee attitude and care to orders needs attention.

We’ve been to this location twice, and twice it has been very disappointing. The first time we ordered just a sandwich to be split by our 1- and 3- year-olds. The sandwich we got was so skimpy we had to actually peel it open to see if anything was on the bread. One piece of cheese, one piece of meat, $4. Looked NOTHING like the picture (I am accounting for the lack of lettuce, mayo, and tom). I took it inside to see if maybe it was a prank, and was told “no that’s how we make it.” No one inside was over the age of 20.

Good timing. However…curious why your driver would 1) disregard the delivery comments and 2) place a fountain pop literally and directly in the way of an out-swinging door. Curious, but we all kind of know why. Makes someone not want to order from the same place again.

Jimmy John’s is probably my favorite restaurant, this location is my least favorite. I can honestly say in the past 8 months they have not completed an order correctly. It is the closest to my home, and we are in plainwell all the time, so we will continue to eat here. It has become a family joke that if we go to this Jimmy John’s we compete to see who’s sandwich is messed up the worst.
