I ordered jimmy johns online 40 minutes before my lunch break, it didn’t arrive for 2 hours!! I missed my lunch and got a watered down pop, and soggy sandwich. The store it’s self handled my issue really well they gave me a $20 credit but my delivery driver came in rolling her eyes and didn’t say a word to me! She threw my food on the counter and walked out. I can’t figure out why she was mad, shouldn’t I have been mad my food took 2 hrs?? Maria needs to find a new job.

Well I ate there once. The bread was hard as a rock. Then one day I went to jet pizza next door. I turned around in parking lot in back. I was more than 10 feet away from two employees smoking in back right by the back door (Which is gross) they decided to call the police on me because they didn’t like how I turned doing a u turn and they claimed I almost hit them. They were next to door I saw them, they saw me looking at them and over ten feet away. I went into complain and asked why they felt they need too call the police, there was plenty of room and they lied. I was verbally attacked over the counter by a big man and was told to leave. So i did.
