If you lost faith in true, friendly customer service, go see Chris at the Comstock Park Jimmy John’s. That kind of positive attitude and friendliness can’t be trained into someone, they have it or they don’t. Chris has old fashioned customer service skills. The force is strong with this dude. A trip down there to see Chris may restore your faith in humanity. As an aside, the food was also very good.

Just paid 7$ for this. I asked if I could get pickles and cucumbers on it was told no and heard a laugh like it was a joke. Couldn’t even pay to have them added because it’s a slim? That doesn’t make sense. Plus there is more bread than Tuna. Very unhappy and won’t be back. Also asked for just a side of picked and was told no. What kinda place doesn’t allow this?

They are really fast which I appreciate, but my bread is usually soggy on the bottom and the last time I ordered I was going to give a cash tip and was not available when he delivered the food (I had clients at my desk I wasnt expecting) he gave my bag to the receptionist and circled the statement on the receipt where it says the delivery fee that is charged is not a tip for the drivers. A little tastless in my opinion

I’ve never drove off without finishing my order but on 5/12/22 at about 8:40p, I did just that. If the employees didn’t want to work until 9 pm they could’ve just politely said they were not taking anymore order. I would’ve been okay with that. Instead, I had a condescending and unfriendly encounter with an employee.

Ordered the Big Italian on Wheat. Excellent sandwich. Fast like advertised! The kicking Ranch sauce is great. Customer service is a tale of two visits. Came here Thursday for lunch had great service. Eating here Saturday at 1:45 pm much less Impressed. Had to ask for napkins and they failed to give me the sauce I ordered. They fixed is as soon as I brought it up but I don’t like having to. Overall a great sandwich high price 50/50 customer service.
