I ordered from the app. I put a time to get delivered but never got it. What’s the point of the time delivery if the workers don’t delivery at that specific time. I ended up not eating at work. I called 2 times to see if the driver was almost done with “other” orders. They kept on giving me a time and the delivery never got delivered. I used to like ordering from them but never again.

Extremely rude on the phone. Was to that he was 30 min late for deliveries and didn’t have time to take my order. I was driving so I did not have the sub #’s and was told that I probably should not be talking and driving. Showed up in the time that was stated 30 min to no order even in the system. So no food and rest of the staff was rude as well. 15 people in line no time to wait, hence the call ahead! Subway took our order and had food in 15 min.
