The food here is just as good as any other JJ’s. The issue is the service. I don’t like raw onions, I always order my sub with no onion, when the moon and stars align I actually get a sub with no onion. The vast majority of the time, my sub comes with onion. For me it’s just a preference, but if you have food allergies, I would stay away from this place.

This is by far the slowest fast food restaurant of all time. Thought at first it was a staffing problem, but every time I’m there I see 4+ employees each time. I can cook a 3 course meal faster than placing an order and receiving it here. I’ve also never gotten a wrong order from Jimmy’s in 10+ years and today was the first, from none other than this location. Not even worth going back to correct the order.

Good sandwiches and good delivery, but consistently forget to bring any requested condiments. Overall, decent, but could be better if they just double checked their delivery orders before leaving. Speed is their big selling point, but it is not more valuable than accuracy.

Update on this location. Still being generous with two stars…I don’t like to give low stars, I would have given one star, but it was my fault for staying in line at the drive thru… It used to be “Subs so fast you’ll Freak…” Apparently they don’t play that game at this location. Half the ingredients not on the sandwich, even though they read it back on the speaker… And what was there would make McDonald’s cringe even… My suggestion is to try the Hudsonville location if there are more than one car in the drive thru… 20 minutes of my life wasted in their drive thru… My bad…
