Easily the worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ever been too. For one, all the workers seem incompetent to even do the job, even the manager. Second, we ordered 2 veggie subs & both subs had MEAT on them. When we brought it back into the store, the manager opened them up, pulled off the meat, then handed them back!! Why not just make them over, ew. Then when he was taking the meat off, he was talking to the other workers & we watched spit literally come out of his mouth & land on the sandwich. 0 stars if I could.

Apparently its assumed that lettuce, tomato, and mayo go on all subs. I did not know this as I have never been to a Jimmy Johns, 2 hr drive later i realize my sandwich is inedible. I wont be back

It’s really too bad I love jimmy johns food because this establishment is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. Today I tried to order for delivery and they told me “delivery is down” I understand if you don’t have delivery drivers but I tried to put an order through with DoorDash and the lady told me that they couldn’t take DoorDash orders either. She never apologized and she acted like I was bothering her. The customer service here is terrible. I expect more from someone in customer service. The least she could have done is say I’m sorry you’re upset. I wish I could leave zero stars
