I don’t know who is making the sandwiches on weekday lunches but I’ve been ordering fairly regularly for the last 6 months or so and my sandwich is ALWAYS perfect. I say this because I always order it as extra sauce and whoever is making my sandwich clearly understands the extra sauce mission EXACTLY. Ordered tuna with several toppings my son got home and it was a plain tuna with cheese. He went back and I had ordered spinach got lettuce, no oil and vinegar on it and the new one didn’t even have tuna on it! My son gave the worker a list beforehand. I’m very disappointed. This was the Wyoming store on 28th st sw. Never will go back again!

Went through the drive thru, and was immediately turned off from the tone of the person working the speaker. We very clearly ordered a #1 with a Dr Pepper and barbecue chips and a slim #5 with barbecue chips and a Coke. It was very clear the person taking our order wasn’t paying attention because they asked if we wanted cheese on our slim #4, which we corrected by saying it was a slim #5. The worker did not review the order and told us our total.

I’ve ordered from here about a dozen times in the last year and never once have I gotten my food in under 40 minutes, sometimes an hour. For reference, I live less than a 5 minute drive from the business. No idea the actual reason, but freaky fast isn’t part of this particular locations objectives. I can get a full meal from a restaurant delivered in less time that is further away
