I was starving and wanted Zoup, but it was closed for renovations, so I walked over to Jimmy John’s. I’ve come to realize I just don’t like Jimmy John’s sandwiches. I don’t like the hard bread. This will be my last visit to a Jimmy John’s but not due to the service. The employees here were friendly and fast.

We called ahead because our son has Celiac disease. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the guy who took our call shared his own experience with celiac disease, and outlined the precautions they planned to take when preparing our order. We were very impressed by their accommodations, empathy, and efficiency in preparing our order. Highly recommend!!

Ordered for lunch at work with my supervisor from this location and it was messed up. Ordered for my spouse and did a pickup, get home and this is his sandwich. Seriously. Worst jimmy johns location to order from. This was his first time getting jimmy johns and I regret getting it from this careless location. The staff seriously don’t care.

This Jimmy John’s is seemingly unable to get your order right. Per the order they did not add oil and vinegar, did not include napkins, and did not cut sandwiches in half. It shows up on the receipt so it must have showed up on the order at the store, obviously management has little to no concern about order quality or their customers. I order from here infrequently because of this repeated lack of attention to detail, but tonight I was hungry and wanted a quick sandwich which took over a half hour to be delivered from a store less than 5 minutes away. My mistake to think I would get a correct order.
