Worst JJ experience in my life, and I’ve been eating them since the late 90’s. Walked in, was not greeted, walked up to order and was greeted by a young man who said nothing. I stood for 15 seconds waiting to see if he asked me what I would like. Never did. I ordered. Followed by unintelligible speak ultimately asking me what size drink and what chips. 3 minutes after ordering he took the ticket to the person who made the sandwich. 1 person working, 5 there. 4 people did NOTHING the whole time. 10 minutes later I got my sandwich. I honestly don’t know what’s wrong with this location but every time I come lately my order is ALWAYS wrong. One night I had to come back twice because it was wrong now today they put tomato’s on it. Glad I’m not allergic and can just pick them off. Literally my order is a veggie with ONLY lettuce Mayo and extra cheese. I have no idea why that’s so hard. I came to terms with having to drive further to a different location since this place can’t ever get it right.

Delivery is always slow. Today I got a Vito without cheese or capicola. I called and asked if they were out of these items the manager said no, why? I told him because my sandwich doesn’t have either. After waiting 20min already for my food no I have to wait for a new sandwich. Never did I get a straw or snap kind.

Love this location. I’ve never been able to have a jimmy John’s so close to me til I started living where I live now. Great team here, always nice. Never gets my order wrong and it’s always so good and fast I’m never dissatisfied with the quality. They helped me find my order on the little pickup rack one day when I was in a rush and seen the employee’s name on it but mistakenly thought it was that person’s order not that they made it a stupid mistake to make, and a small instance overall but worth mentioning because they helped quickly and with no attitude before I even had to ask.

Best veggie sandwich! It isn’t easy finding a veggie sandwich without onions but this JJs has it and it is friggin delicious! I could eat one daily and wouldn’t get tired of it. I love this location, I’m usually not much of a reviewer but even the delivery drivers are polite and kind. They always have a smile for you.
